Rebecca was a lovely introduction to our Texas Collision repair experience. She waited a bit after closing hours when we ran into traffic. Our car was repaired a few days earlier than expected. And the rental car aspect was handled seamlessly.

This is, by far, was the best experience I’ve had in terms of vehicle repair. I thought it was going to be a time consuming hassle of having to track down people for updates and answers just to have my vehicle returned with subpar work. However, I read the reviews and was hopeful. I’m so glad I chose TCC. Silverio was my point of contact, and he was excellent. He called to introduce himself as soon as my car was dropped off and, as promised, maintained a steady flow of communication every step of the way. I never had to track down any information because Silverio was so consistent in his updates; I heard from him at least 2x a week. He was so pleasant to work with. I picked up my car this morning and, in addition to being happy to finally meet Silverio face-to-face, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work. My car looked better than it did before my accident! Everything was perfect - the process, the service, the results. I am a very happy customer. Thank you!!

Very nice and detailed people. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle with daily text messages. Silverio was super cool and he made sure I was informed on everything going on with my car.
