"Your service was great. But your partnership with hertz will tarnish your name. Separate yourself from Hertz, their service was horrible. The car they provided was dirty and in horrible shape, that was being nice. The seat belt siding was broken and apart and ripped my shirt as I was getting in the car as it got caught. When I called them, they said the car has high mileage and wear and tear condition “was expected.” Said they would call me back but I never heard back."

"Hamden Auto Body made a very unpleasant experience a lot easier to deal with! My car was broken into (for the 2nd time in 6 months!) & they were so helpful, kind, professional & efficient! They explained everything, kept me apprised of all they were doing & worked so well with my insurance- Amica- & Enterprise for my car rental! I told them the limits I had with the rental part of my insurance & did not want to have to pay out of pocket for extra days! They said they would do everything they could to get it done within that time! And they did!!! I was so grateful! "Some one moved the side mirrors and I did not notice until I was on Washington Ave and was not able to change them back until I got on a side road and was able to park, get out of the car and readjust them - perhaps at pick up you could suggest to customers they check the mirrors before they leave the parking lot"
