I told them the limits I had with the rental part of my insurance & did not want to have to pay out of pocket for extra days! They said they would do everything they could to get it done within that time! And they did!!! I was so grateful! I especially want to thank Mariana for always being so pleasant & reassuring & Oren for his help, experience, knowledge & kindness too! I appreciated their calmness when I was so upset!
