2550 Berlin Turnpike, Newington(860) 666-33192550 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT 06111"Your service was great. But your partnership with hertz will tarnish your name. Separate yourself from Hertz, their service was horrible. The car they provided was dirty and in horrible shape, that was being nice. The seat belt siding was broken and apart and ripped my shirt as I was getting in the car as it got caught. When I called them, they said the car has high mileage and wear and tear condition “was expected.” Said they would call me back but I never heard back."

2111 Dixwell Ave, Hamden(203) 248-61162111 Dixwell Ave, Hamden, CT 06514"Hamden Auto Body made a very unpleasant experience a lot easier to deal with! My car was broken into (for the 2nd time in 6 months!) & they were so helpful, kind, professional & efficient! They explained everything, kept me apprised of all they were doing & worked so well with my insurance- Amica- & Enterprise for my car rental! I told them the limits I had with the rental part of my insurance & did not want to have to pay out of pocket for extra days! They said they would do everything they could to get it done within that time! And they did!!! I was so grateful! I especially want to thank Mariana for always being so pleasant & reassuring & Oren for his help, experience, knowledge & kindness too! I appreciated their calmness when I was so upset! I would highly recommend Hamden Auto Body to everyone! Thanks again!!!"

From the beginning of the process through the end everything went accordingly. The Bodywork was completed on time and exceptionally well. Actually, perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied. I've read prior reviews and am completely surprised of the few negative ones. Because my 2024 Audi A6 looks just as beautiful as the day I bought it. I'm not saying the unsatisfied people are disingenuous, but my experience was great!"

They did a beautiful job on my Tesla and even touched up other dings elsewhere on the car. I was given frequent updates about the service status which I really appreciated. All the people I met were extremely professional, kind, and helpful. I even received a gift bag at the end. I highly recommend this place if you need repair service. A+."
