My experience with Carolinas collision center was fantastic. Their staff were all friendly knowledgeable and very communicative across every step of the process. Zack (the estimator/lead for my car) was very helpful and took the time to answer every question I had along the way. Honestly, I can say that my car looks and feels almost better than before the accident! Zach knew I had a brand new car hadn’t even had the first oil change yet so he took the time to ensure that everything was restored to factory new and I can’t thank him and the team enough for all of their hard work. I highly recommend the shop to anyone who needs a top notch, uncompromising repair shop for whatever life throws at you."
