Courtney is absolutely a breath of fresh air she provided comfort and coordination from start to finish and Austin is an absolute crash wizard on fixing my car. My trailblazer looks dam near better than it did when I bought it ! Austin also texted me through the process to let me kno details and how things looked and were going ! Wichita is blessed to have these two people working there ! I hope I don’t need to come back tho cuz that mean my car was in an accident again lol 😂 but that whole team there is one the best in the town."

When I called for an update, I was told the car might actually be finished earlier than expected, so I was a little disappointed when I called back later in the week and learned there were still outstanding parts and it would take longer. The other area that was a little frustrating was trying to get a call back. A couple of times when I called, I was told the person I needed to speak with wasn’t available. The first time, I waited about four hours and ended up calling back myself. The second time, I still hadn’t received a call after a full 24 hours.
