When I picked up my vehicle after weeks I’m not having it. We were very satisfied with how it looked. However, it would not start because the battery drained. Caliber made sure that they jumpstarted me and promised me a new battery first thing in the morning if it was gonna leave us stranded in addition, they had us call them to make sure that it started when we got home. This is A+ service and I’m very satisfied with Nick, (in Longview) Lisa, Austin, and the gentleman who jumped off our vehicle. I’m sure the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. It’s peace of mind, knowing there’s a lifetime warranty."
