My only advice, make this the only collision team you ever use. Front office- professional, kind, courteous. Appraisal- friendly, sincere, empathetic, professional, communicative. Oh, and I only needed to bring my rental to their shop and not have to coordinate rides etc. If 1000 stars was possible, that still wouldn’t suffice.
