2700 W 11th Ave, Eugene(541) 342-55012700 W 11th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402"Even though the work I needed done was small, Autocraft gave me immediate and careful attention. The craftsman even repaired some of my car's damage as he was evaluating it in the parking lot. Meticulously, cheerfully and with no charge, no less! When I brought the car in to be worked on, I expected to leave it with Autocraft for hours. However, in less than 2 hours I got the call it was ready to be picked up! Fast service! And the repairs were done beautifully and exactly on budget. I am very happy with the service I received from Autocraft."

Instead of giving an extension date (another week - two weeks) you kept stating a couple more days. That was annoying. I had no problem with you needing more time, It was how you did it that messed me up in the planning my schedule. In the future just be honest and say what is and most likely. If ya need a week or two just say it. Otherwise, I appreciated your on going updates and service. Thank you"
