The only thing I would have changed is more advance notice that my car wouldn't be ready when originally suggested. I got a text on Thursday that my car would be moving to the paint stage and I was confused because I didn't understand how it would be ready the next day if it hadn't been painted yet. Then a while later I got the updated completion date text. I would also actually have appreciated the details about why it was taking longer; once I called, I understood that additional damage was found."
