Unfortunately, I can’t give a good rating right now due to the general manager‘s horrific behavior and the quality of the car when I received it back because now I have to bring it back and possibly be without a car for a week. The only reason why I would come back after these repairs are taken care of is due to the exceptional customer service given by Mr. Glenn and Ms Cherese.

My experience with Ian the general manager was extremely disappointing due to his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. His manner of communication was dismissive and lacked the level of courtesy and customer service I would expect from Caliber Collision. Rather than helping resolve the situation professionally, his conduct made an already frustrating experience significantly worse. This interaction negatively impacted my overall impression of Caliber Collision.

Caliber repaired the paneling on the side of my SUV after being sideswiped. They were efficient, provided status updates throughout, and most importantly made the damaged sections look brand new. They went above & beyond to clean the interior as well. Job well done!

I am satisfied with the repairs done on my truck. The tailgate works and is balanced with similar gaps on both sides of the truck. A blemish was discovered on the right cab door and Glenn Anderson had it buffed out immediately Outstanding!

Caliber Collision was very helpful to me in that they kept me apprised of the status of repairs to my CR-V. There were several dates that kept changing due to parts not having arrived on time. I appreciate their taking the time to notify me when I could expect my vehicle. If there were any additional issues I had, to please bring it right back and they would correct it. Today when I picked it up. I noticed that the AC was not working properly and was not cooling. I took it back and Freon was added and the car was charged to make sure that it worked as it should before it was released to me. They said no problem at all and took care of it. I would recommend Glenn Anderson and his team for repairs from a satisfied customer.
