We were completely dissatisfied with the work done the first time we came to pick it up. The work was shoddy and unexceptable. The second time we went to pick it up it was done correctly.

We dropped off the car with the understanding that new parts would be used and that the bumper would be painted. No new parts were used. The dent was hammered out instead and only a tiny part was painted on the bumper. Then clear coat was sprayed on with debris caught underneath. We were not notified in advance that were going ahead without the new parts and did the work first then told us.
