Customer service was top tier for me! They were polite and friendly! My car looked great afterwards, and I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get m car back when it was due back at a later date than I received it! I’m very satisfied with my service at Caliber Collision!!

The pricing was outrageous but they did a good job. I probably won't go back there because of how much it cost to fix the scratches i had on the car.

Repairing this car took far longer than it should have. Communication was poor. When I asked for a manager, the service rep told me he was the manager so I thought I had no one else to reach out to. It was all very stressful and disappointing.
