The only thing missing on my vehicle was The mud flaps behind the rear wheels. It's Not a big deal though. My vehicle had them Before someone knocked off the rear bumper & now it doesn't. I satisfied it is Essentially the way it looked before the Damaged that was incurred upon it.

The office manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating. Dropping off the rental car at the shop instead of the rental agency was also a nice feature.
