There was a problem on the car that was not there before. When I said something to the girl she tried to avoid my question saying oh that was pre-accident. But it wasn't there when we dropped it off. And the police probably have a photo of the car before the car came to your shop. That's very disturbing to think a shop of your reputation would not take responsibility of a car in there possession. Now we have to address this problem bringing the car back.

The car looks awesome and the inside of the car looks awesome. Thank you for detailing it. The repair was fast and D&S made it very easy in every way including arranging my rental car. Everyone there was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very pleased.

Everything was handled professionally and my car looks beautiful. I did not realize you would be cleaning it inside and out and that was an added bonus! Sarah was extremely helpful as were the other gentleman I spoke to almost weekly trying to figure out why the insurance company of the person who hit me was not cooperating. Even though that was extremely frustrating and took a very long time in the end my car looks great so it was worth it!
