From the time we first walked in Heather greeted us and was extremely polite, courteous, helpful and professional. Although I had some issues communicating with my insurance adjuster, Heather took care of every detail. There was constant, detailed and accurate, communication. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They even let me drop my rental off with them and they returned it. They just placed it on top of the entry rail and it wasn’t flush but they put my Capet and liner over the back of it. If they are going to remove something, they need to reinstall it properly, not just put it on top of the entry rails and cover it up because they didn’t have sense to put it back the way it was."
