I enjoyed working with her alot. Lisa at the front desk answered my original call and set up my estimate same day, and then got me on the schedule quickly. She was very friendly during the process as well. I appreciate her kindness. Both were very empathetic to my boneheaded mistake of shutting the garage door on the car, and that helped because I was really kicking myself lol.
