"Beth and Doug are amazing.Both are very professional. They both went the extra mile to help me. My insurance company was not helpful. Amanda Creed my adjuster was awful. Could never get in touch with her. Caliber Collision staff had to keep calling out to her. Enterprise Rental had several calls out to her my rental was not available i had to wait around 2 1/2 hours due to paperwork not ready to get my car. My check to pay for the damage was not sen to me. To this day still no check. Beth sent an email from her office. Caliber Collision staff Beth and Doug go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I saw that while i was there. I will be back."
