Throughout the whole process he put me at ease and I had complete confidence in his work. Kristina was very polite and engaging even though it's very busy at the front desk- she didn't let any of her customers feel how busy she was. I am so glad USAA has this as a preferred shop! I work for another insurance company and I was nervous about using the calibers or Gerbers but this Select One exceeded my expectations! Thank you for helping a stressful claim situation come out with a beautiful repair."
