And they handled contacting the rental car people so I didn't have to. My experience was very positive and not stressful. The repair on my car looks good and if I ever need body work done on my car again, I will bring it back to Bailey's Crossroads Auto. Thank you for such a good experience."

    "I was initially disappointed with the MBA Collision Center during my initial contact & interactions with Patrick. As a long-time owner from this location I expected when my vehicle was kept overnight for service/repairs that MBA would assist with a loaner, which Patrick stated no & even after I told him it was a huge challenge/issue with not have transportation to/from the collision shop. It took me 3-weeks to find a way to get to the collision shop & once I arrived I worked with Jakelin who was extremely professional, nice & explained that MBA could have offered an uber to/from the collision shop while my vehicle was being repaired. She apologized for Patrick's failure to even mention this kind of assistance. Jakelin actually turned around my experience, satisfaction & trust as a long-time MBA customer that is used to high-quality service from this location. Thanks to Jakelin my review"
