    "I had a very good experience. The front desk staff made arranging initial appointments easy and Corey took great care of things throughout the process. He was great about explaining the repairs and process involved. He kept me up to date on every step and was patient and understanding when I had to delay dropping off my car a few times due to being out of town and my trip being unexpectedly extended. Once they had my car I was kept in the loop throughout the process and the repairs ended up being finished a week earlier than expected which was phenomenal. Picking up my car was painless and I was happy with the condition I got it back in. All the repairs seem to be of great quality and workmanship and I'm perfectly happy with how everything went."

They took a huge mess another lesser shop left me with on an insurance claim and made my truck look better than brand new. They did their job right the first time unlike the other shop in Oshkosh that couldn’t figure it out without trying twice and it still was a complete mess. I can’t thank Rick and his crew enough!"
