1st Class Auto Body East Boston
86 Condor St, East Boston(617) 567-904386 Condor St, East Boston, MA 02128"The only area for improvement I would suggest is something that wasn’t necessarily part of the repair itself but could make the overall customer experience even better. Since the entire left side of my vehicle was repaired, the left headlight now looks brand new, while the right headlight still looks old, cloudy, and dirty by comparison. It would be a great idea to ask customers whether they would be interested in replacing the opposite headlight as well, even if the additional cost would have to come out of the vehicle owner’s pocket. I believe many customers would appreciate having the option, as it would help maintain a consistent appearance across the vehicle and make the overall repair look more complete. This small extra step could go a long way toward improving customer satisfaction. But so far from what it was fixed at the shop everything looks amazing! Thank you.!"
