    "It took Tesla nearly a month to obtain the necessary parts for my vehicle. After the parts arrived, it took an additional 18 to repair. Then it took Tesla extra days to determine the cause of the sensor issue and provide the technicians with the necessary guidance on how to proceed under certain circumstances. As a result, my vehicle was in the shop for nearly two months. The extended repair time was largely due to Tesla’s lack of readily available parts and the significant delays in getting answers to the technicians’ questions about the appropriate repair procedures. This experience was extremely frustrating and resulted in my vehicle being out of service for an unreasonable amount of time."
