It’s really very frustrating and a huge put off to be spoken to in circles by a non person that didn’t get my phone number correct, that didn’t understand my request, that repeatedly asked me the same question. Truly the AI was a waste of my time and in no way saved time for staff. I would MUCH prefer to be on hold with music or advertising playing while waiting for a person than have to endure your AI."
