Ed's Collision Center 1 Maple Grove
10758 County Road 81, Maple Grove(763) 425-007710758 County Road 81, Maple Grove, MN 55369"Chris at Ed's Collision was excellent. I sent an inquiry on the week-end and he replied to my message even when the company was closed. Then he called me first thing at 8 am the next business day. Since then he has taken awesome care of me. He met me when I first brought the car in and walked me through the process, taking pictures of the damage, and discussed how they will completely coordinate with insurance for me. He called when he promised to call. He followed up with hiccups and problems as promised when parts were on back order. He kept me in the loop every step of the process. He came out to greet me when I went to pick up the car and talked things over with me. Even though there are a couple of things still pending, the car looked wonderful fixed up. While the trauma of damaging my brand new car was upsetting, working with Ed's Collision has made me feel much better. My car look"

LaMettry's Collision - Chanhassen
1650 Motorplex Court, Chanhassen(952) 405-73001650 Motorplex Court, Chanhassen, MN 55317"My experience with my car repair at LaMettry's was top notch. I felt welcomed by the front desk staff the minute I walked in and my service manager, Jon Ginther, was thorough in his explanation of what they would be doing to the vehicle and the length of time it would take. LaMettry's set up the car rental which was of great help. When I picked up the vehicle Jon explained what they had done and car looked fantastic. When you have a newer vehicle and you get in an accident it can be a bit stressful, LaMettry's does an excellent job of making sure the stress is as little as possible and I appreciate it. Keep up the great work!"
