When I arrived at Yokem to pick up my car, the representative greeted me with a beautiful smile and attitude. Then, she graciously arranged to have Enterprise pick up my rental from Yokem. This enabled me to jump into my car, and cruise away without a care. And!!!! It was 100 degrees when I picked up my car, so the Yokem rep pulled it around, got the AC going and sent me on my way with a smile and a wave. Wow!!!!
