Sam was helpful and price matched their quote with OEM parts and transferred the file over, and stayed in contact with the insurance so there was no work on my end. I appreciated that he updated me at each step in the repair process. My vehicle was done earlier than promised by the other collision repair place. I’m very satisfied with the quality and attention to detail they put in to restoring my vehicle and made the process very easy."

I can't see the pieces that fasten the spoiler to the trunk lid; but I did see exact alignment & uniform gapping all the way around the spoiler. I'm older & from the part of society that every dealing was face to face. The appearance of Altra Collision repair was inviting to where I wanted to inquire about remedying the sun baked paint on one vehicle. The cordial manner of the staff was very positive. When the Honda was damaged, I didn't hesitate to see them about getting it repaired. I had a great deal of confidence in them to take Altra's estimate to the adjuster. I knew I was not asking for the "unreasonable" but I also had confidence I wasn't going to be disappointed either. Brock is quite trustworthy. I'll recommend Deer Valley Altra without hesitation."
