There was consistent communication detail each stage my car was in so I was well aware. My car was delivered on a day when the facility was supposed to be closed, which shows me the commitment to pleasing the customers needs. The only problem I had was that after receiving my car and getting home. I noticed that the front/read passages rims had a log nut cover missing. Basically the caps sheared off due to possible over torquing. My concerning here is that this was done and nothing was annotated or mentioned. Even after I went back to the office, Hector and I both noticed that one of the caps was stuck inside the wheel lock key. So if I can say this, there should be a better quality assurance function implemented to ensure things like this do not occur. Especially, when the customer has to find out on their own"
