My service advisor Alex Sanchez was very professional this time and with my last claim which was a couple weeks ago (unfortunately I got hit in two accidents back to back creating two claims). I can say that Alex dressed, presented himself and spoke professionally. As did he last time, he went the extra mile to try and make me feel comfortable and make sure that all of my concerns w/ my car were explained and addressed. He is definitely an asset to Calliber. As a customer who has used Calliber multiple times (twice in the past month ) I would say, he should be considered for a raise with such great customer service.
