"I love Showtime Collision, I'm always satisfied with the customer service. Everyone is always so pleasant , very informative. I love how when my vehicle is being worked on they send me updates so I know my vehicle is on track. I live in Big Bear and was so excited when I heard Showtime was coming to our town, although I never minded going to Running Springs. I will never go anywhere else, and I always recommend Showtime to everyone I can. Thank you so much Showtime Collision for being so awesome ❤️🙌"

"I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Norco two years ago, and I’m very happy to say that the Redlands location has once again exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, explained every step clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. It’s truly refreshing to see a company maintain such a high standard of service across different locations. The professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the entire Caliber Collision Redlands team for another exceptional experience! You have definitely earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking"

"Although my car needed to stay a while to get repaired, the end result is that it looks great and maybe better than before I got into the accident. My service advisor Alex Sanchez was very professional this time and with my last claim which was a couple weeks ago (unfortunately I got hit in two accidents back to back creating two claims). I can say that Alex dressed, presented himself and spoke professionally. As did he last time, he went the extra mile to try and make me feel comfortable and make sure that all of my concerns w/ my car were explained and addressed. He is definitely an asset to Calliber. As a customer who has used Calliber multiple times (twice in the past month ) I would say, he should be considered for a raise with such great customer service. Is great to have my car back in great condition.- Christal Warsaw"

"You guys did an amazing job repairing the damage to my car and matching my paint so perfectly. All staff was very nice and helpful and the time estimate I was told in the begining was spot on not a day longer. When I checked in for an update I was given a quick response and update on the status of the car."
