For going through such a traumatic experience (first major accident ever at 39 years old), they were so kind and welcoming. They were extremely thorough with their explanation of how everything would go and timeframe. And through the whole time they had my car, they kept me completely up to date. I never once felt like I couldn’t trust them or their work. The car looked immaculate when I picked it up. You’d never know it was in an accident. I would recommend them to everyone I could!!"

    "Jessica was wonderful as well as the front desk in assisting me during a really stressful time. They made everything very easy throughout the process. I really appreciate the help of everyone who worked on my car, from front desk staff, reception answering the phone, team members who removed the damaged bumper cover and scratched taillight to replacing and painting the new bumper cover. I don’t feel the taillight was necessary to replace and hope that my insurance doesn’t go up as a result of an added (not completely necessary charge). It also was ordered or shipped wrong which delayed me picking up my car and having to keep a cheaply made rental car for an additional day. However, the experience was very pleasant overall."
