I’m the type of customer that feels better with a solid process and is updated. Oh, and they both communicated the lifetime warranty multiple times. Brian was very good to work with and I will recommend Franklin Body Shop. Two thoughts though: 1. Over estimate how long the job will take. My car took 2x longer than originally quoted. 2. I asked about using my debit card for payment when I dropped the car off, after reading the sign on the counter about all the fees and no cash or check. I was told I could use my debit card. When I used my debit card upon completion, it was declined due to the amount which Trish told me happens all the time. I wish I had been informed about bringing a cashier’s check. I would have been more prepared when checking out. Overall, very happy with the work performed."
