My car was done two weeks earlier than estimated, but when I came to pick up the car after dropping off my insurance-paid rental, I discovered that the bumper had not been touched. But Tom in customer service made things right. I brought it back three days later, welcomed back, given another rental, and the job was done that day. Very friendly service and the job looks great. Thank you for making things right after the job error!"
