He met me when I first brought the car in and walked me through the process, taking pictures of the damage, and discussed how they will completely coordinate with insurance for me. He called when he promised to call. He followed up with hiccups and problems as promised when parts were on back order. He kept me in the loop every step of the process. He came out to greet me when I went to pick up the car and talked things over with me. Even though there are a couple of things still pending, the car looked wonderful fixed up. While the trauma of damaging my brand new car was upsetting, working with Ed's Collision has made me feel much better. My car look"
