Gerber coordinated and handled all repairs from beginning to end, kept me informed on every step along the way. I was super impressed how seamlessly they integrated communications with my insurance as well as the car rental company. Everyone knew what the status was at any given moment. 4 weeks later I have my runner back. The body work Gerber did looks incredible and the mechanical work so far seems to be great as well.
