Mr. Ron was very nice and explained the entire process thoroughly when I dropped off my car. I also like how they partner with nearby car rental companies where they will coordinate dropping you off to the rental place. As well as coordinate the dropping off of the rental to turn in, when you pick up your fixed vehicle. My vehicle was completely fixed and looks brand new. They also provided a complimentary car wash. 10/10 the best experience ever! Will recommend."
