Also being a body shop and paying as much as i did to get it fixed. I was expecting the whole outside of the car to be cleaned. Not just the parts with the repair. However i understand why (you're a body shop not a detailer) But i do believe that if the car gets body work done. You guys should go the extra mile and clean up the outside of the vehicle! Not only will it look nicer then when it was dropped off. the ownerwill be more happy and satisfied with the repair and will suggest your shop to other people.
