He kept me up to date on every step and was patient and understanding when I had to delay dropping off my car a few times due to being out of town and my trip being unexpectedly extended. Once they had my car I was kept in the loop throughout the process and the repairs ended up being finished a week earlier than expected which was phenomenal. Picking up my car was painless and I was happy with the condition I got it back in. All the repairs seem to be of great quality and workmanship and I'm perfectly happy with how everything went."
