Last time I delt with progressive it took over a month and a half to get them to pay for OME parts which is all I'll ever put on it, i work hard to keep it right and safe. Not only does my car look perfect just like it did before I didnt have to fight progressive and get the insurance commissioner involved, they handled it all for me and quickly and fixed it up fast. They communicate with you when your worried and let me me tell you I can't tell it was ever hit. Its so perfect that I've told every customer I see at work if you ever get hit this is the only place I'd take it. I even have my insurance agent sending people"

After being contacted by my son and LSU PD regarding the accident, I contacted State Farm regarding the claim. I set up an appointment with a Baton Rouge dealership, and I was scheduled for an 7am appointment 2 days later to bring in the vehicle. I made the 6 hour drive to Louisiana during the early morning so that I could have the vehicle at the dealership on time for 7am (the vehicle is in my name). When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't see that I had an appointment. They said that they saw the insurance claim in the system, but that someone failed to schedule the appointment. When I explained that I had just driven 6 hours for this appointment, I was informed that the soonest they could "fit" me in, was "in 3 weeks". I literally had to laugh and walk off"
