I took the vehicle back into Caliber and met with Casey. Though he was not at that location when the initial work was done he worked with me to prepare the damage from the previous visit. Casey was patient and top-notch in regards to customer service. While it wasn't ideal to have to return for additional repairs Casey made the process as smooth as possible."
