Worth noting, is the customer area and entire office space was incredibly clean and I was offered a cold water almost immediately. I filled out a short form and turned the keys over with reassurances that I would be updated weekly on the repair. It turns out they update their customers twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays I get a text or an email or both letting me know what’s the status of my repair. They gave me a completion time of 2 1/2 weeks. Two short weeks later my vehicle was ready. When I say ready I mean May it looks like new and is detailed and washed inside and out. How much did it cost me?? I’m not sure because they handled everything with the insurance comp"
