4200 W Desert Inn Rd, Unit A, Las Vegas(702) 201-19004200 W Desert Inn Rd, Unit A, Las Vegas, NV 89102"Alex (I’m almost positive that was his name, sorry if I’m wrong!) was the primary person on my vehicle’s repair and he was absolutely fabulous. Made sure I had consistent updates about my vehicle and comprehensively walked me through all the work done in an easy-to-understand way. It is clear he is an expert and loves cars and wanted me to feel confident in my vehicle. He also gave me comprehensive instructions like not washing my car for the first thirty days at a car wash or with chemicals. I would return to Gerber in the future in a heartbeat, though of course I hope not to have any further car damage!"

They put me at ease.( I might get the names wrong if I do I will just name where they were) rose was very knowledgeable at the front desk she was welcoming and very hospitable. Shout out to miss Jacque (I am sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she broke everything down for me from start to finish explained to me the process and kept me in the loop on what was going on. I wanted to also thank her team because they did an amazing job on repairing the damage on my car. The team also went above and beyond by staying late for me even though the shop closed at 5 pm they stayed up for me. Would go back again if I could"
