I am disappointed that the company Gerber had to start by using aftermarket parts, this is the insurance companys fault not the company Gerber. I have always paid my premiums and I should have original parts on my vehicle. That is why I have insurance. I really appreciated the Gerber collision customer service, they were very polite and respectful of myself and my vehicle."
