He even texted, that they hadn't heard from the ins company about my waived deductible, so he contacted them to get resolution. I had left 5 messages with the insurance company advising what day my car would be ready and that kaizen needed the authorization for the waived deductible prior to pickup and was never called back. So thankful Kaizen was able to speak to someone and get the matter resolved before pickup, as I was coming straight from work before they closed. They even took care of contacting Enterprise for pickup of my rental car! Thanks again, and I will recommend if anyone needs a referral."
