Since the entire left side of my vehicle was repaired, the left headlight now looks brand new, while the right headlight still looks old, cloudy, and dirty by comparison. It would be a great idea to ask customers whether they would be interested in replacing the opposite headlight as well, even if the additional cost would have to come out of the vehicle owner’s pocket. I believe many customers would appreciate having the option, as it would help maintain a consistent appearance across the vehicle and make the overall repair look more complete. This small extra step could go a long way toward improving customer satisfaction. But so far from what it was fixed at the shop everything looks amazing! Thank you.!"

I was expecting more of a hassle between the insurance company and your shop in terms of getting that payment to you, but it was resolved quickly without stress and my car was ready the same day."
