However when I called back about my battery being dead & asking about if this was maybe caused by having my car on or hood etc. the lady who answered the phone was a total B***h to me and said well drive it around and get the alternator charged. Told her I couldn’t. Battery was dead. She said drive it up to auto zone and have them check it. Again told her it was dead and didn’t have anyone to jump me. She was so unprofessional and didn’t listen to anything I said. I was so frustrated. In the meantime my battery is on a charger. She never gave me her name. She did go ask service if they’re working on it had anything to do with battery being dead (2year old one) and she said it wasn’t anything they did. Thanks for listening"
