My only criticism is in regards to not keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Even if there is no change in status, a call every few days or at least once a even once a week would have been appreciative, rather than leaving me in the dark wondering what is taking so long. Additionally, from a customer expectation standpoint, it would be better to provide a long enough time for the estimated completion and then deliver earlier than expected, rather than having to keep pushing back promised for dates."

Went to multiple garages and glass places with no luck. I saw Caliber and almost didn’t stop but I did. They were friendly and helpful. Looked at the window right away, ordered the part and had me out in 1.5 hours. That was on 9/2 and I’m driving to Savannah the next day 9/3. It really save me from driving and leaving my car at the airport with a broken window. I hope I never have an accident but if I do I will bring my car there."
