The repair was on time and better than I expected. The repair bill was lower than the original quote, which never happens! I am very impressed with the Caliber center in Covington. I’ve had a lot of experience with repairs on vehicles and never had as good of an experience as I did here, including several large luxury auto dealerships. They could all take a lesson from you guys! I worked for 42 years in auto and motorcycle dealerships as a sales manager, general manager and 20 years as dealership owner.
