Getting a quote was easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision right away. Once I was ready to drop off my car, they provided me with a ride home since my insurance did not cover a rental car. I was told my car would be ready within three weeks, and they completed the repairs within that timeframe. The work was done very well, and I was extremely pleased with the results. My car was clean inside and out, and the interior was exactly as I had left it when I dropped it off. I also received text updates from Jay throughout the repair process, which was especially helpful and helped ease my anxiety about the repairs. Another great convenience was that my car was delivered to a nearby Lexus dealership at the end of the repair, which made picking it"
