It took me 3-weeks to find a way to get to the collision shop & once I arrived I worked with Jakelin who was extremely professional, nice & explained that MBA could have offered an uber to/from the collision shop while my vehicle was being repaired. She apologized for Patrick's failure to even mention this kind of assistance. Jakelin actually turned around my experience, satisfaction & trust as a long-time MBA customer that is used to high-quality service from this location. Thanks to Jakelin my review"
